In the world of hiring, the best decisions aren’t just about filling roles – they’re about SOLVING PROBLEMS.
That’s why I take inspiration from Design Thinking – a framework used by some of the most innovative companies to build solutions that are:
➤ Desirable – What do candidates and hiring managers truly need?
➤ Feasible – What’s realistically possible given the talent market?
➤ Viable – What makes commercial sense for the business? Too often, recruitment strategies focus on one of these pillars while ignoring the others.
A candidate might seem perfect on paper (desirability), but if they’re outside budget (viability) or unlikely to leave their current role (feasibility), it’s a non-starter.
Applying Design Thinking means going beyond transactional hiring – it’s about solving hiring challenges STRATEGICALLY. It’s why I work closely with leaders to refine their hiring processes, uncover untapped talent pools, and create compelling employer value propositions.
I’ve created a short deck for you with more details. Enjoy!
